FAULTY ITEMS

We are always very disappointed on the rare occasions our customers receive a faulty item. We will always exchange or replace items if they are defective or damaged.please contact us via email and supply the photoes for check.then we will help you solve the problem.

Please ensure that you check all items on receipt of your order, as faulty or damaged items must be reported within 2 working days of receiving the parcel.

Please email us for Returns Portal to request a ‘Returns Authorisation Number’ (RMA# Number) if you return the package without the RMA NO., we will not refund.

We will refund the original purchaser for any return costs of faulty goods and if you decide not to replace the item, but don’t including the original delivery cost if applicable.

To be eligible your faulty item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require the receipt or proof of purchase. We cannot accept the return of any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Please ensure all products are returned in a new and unused condition with the original bags/tags etc. in place. It helps us HUGELY if you package them nicely too – thanks!

Our Store cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of returned goods so please ensure you use a ‘Tracked’ delivery solution. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
