Can I track my order?
We rely on a global network of shipping services (UPS, FedEx, DHL) as well as local postal services (USPS) to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. For this reason, tracking is not always available.
If your order is being sent by a trackable service, these details will be included on your orders page as well as on the shipping email we send you.
We offer Free Shipping only
Once your order has been placed it will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Our average shipping times are 10-15 days. Our products are shipped directly from warehouses overseas and some products are made on demand. As a result, shipping may be a bit longer than expected. 7-30 business days.
We are STILL navigating a global pandemic. Please expect additional delays due to holidays or any rush season sale days.
Tracking your order: Once your order is prepared for delivery, you will receive an email confirmation. Please notice that it can take a couple days until your tracking code gets activated. The Tracking code gets send separately.
Good to know: When several products can be ordered, can do this at arrive on different days because we have several suppliers. Means, for example: Product X will arrive in 5 days, Product Y in 8 days – as there are 2 different manufacturers with different locations.
